Can children use Sleep Stripzzz?

Sleep Stripzzz are not intended for use for children under 18 years old.

Why is there sucralose in Sleep Stripzzz?

Sleep Stripzzz uses sucralose in its products because it performs better than natural sweeteners, such as Stevia and Magnasweet, and can be used in much smaller amounts. Natural sweeteners must be present in much larger quantities when used, which can reduce the film’s flexibility and increase the time needed to fully dissolve and give an unfavorable taste to the strips.

The amount of sucralose used in each strip is very minimal and represents approximately 0.4 - 1% of the acceptable daily intake for an average 70kg person (5mg/kg per FDA and 15mg/kg per EU Scientific Committee on Food). Sucralose has been extensively studied and more than 110 safety studies were reviewed by FDA in approving the use of sucralose as a general purpose sweetener for food. The body does not absorb a significant portion of ingested sucralose (which does not reach the bloodstream and instead is excreted in its ingested form through the urine).

Our SLEEP STRIPzzz Sleep & Recovery Aid is a dissolvable oral strip containing a soothing blend of melatonin, naturally occurring amino acids and beneficial vitamins that promote balanced sleep patterns. Non-habit forming and natural, our proprietary delivery system combines fast-acting, sleep-promoting ingredients with slow-release recovery aids to encourage a deep, restful slumber and waking up feeling rejuvenated.

KEY INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS 

Melatonin  
Melatonin is a natural hormone produced in the body that helps maintain the wake-sleep cycle, or “biological-clock”. Melatonin is most commonly used to help decrease jet lag, adjust sleep cycles and for general insomnia.

Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA) 
GABA is a neurotransmitter produced naturally in the human brain. It encourages restfulness, relaxation, serenity and a tranquil state of mind. GABA has few known side effects, all of which appear to be mild when taken in moderate doses.

L‑Theanine  
L-theanine is an amino acid found most commonly in tea leaves. It can be found in both green and black tea. Research indicates that L-theanine promotes relaxation without drowsiness and increases brain serotonin, dopamine, and GABA levels. There have been no reports of overdose or side effects while taking L-theanine and drinking tea is generally safe for most people.


Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 
Vitamin B6 converts tryptophan into serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate sleep patterns. Vitamin B6 is essential in the synthesis of neurotransmitters that regulate the body’s light-related circadian rhythm, which controls a deep sleep and helps with wakefulness after sleep.


β‑Caryophyllene  
β-Caryophyllene is a terpene found in spices like black pepper, cloves, and cinnamon, and herbs like oregano, basil, hops, and rosemary. These herbs and spices contain high concentrations of caryophyllene, a CB2 receptor agonist promoting anti-inflammatory and anti-nociceptive effects, thus helping alleviate pain from muscle and tissue damage. β-Caryophyllene has also been shown to reduce anxiety and depression and has no psychoactive effects.

DOSAGE INFORMATION

Shopping Cart

  • To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on "Add to Cart" for the item you wish to buy.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations requested after the order has shipped will be considered as a return (see “Return Policy” for more information). Customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost if the order has already shipped. Keep in mind that our orders are shipped on the day of or day after the order is received. If we are not notified in a timely manner, the package could already be in transit. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for undeliverable orders caused by shipping information errors provided by the customer or any matter related to this.

  

What happens if an item in my order is not available?

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, you will receive an email notification. You will not be charged for the item if it is unavailable, and removed from your order.

How long does it take to process an order?


Currently it takes up to 1 business day to process an order.

 

What is a business day?


A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. What this means is any order made on Friday won’t be sent out until the next business day, which is Monday.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

No. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia.  Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

Do you ship to service members with APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

 

Multiple Shipments

You may receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments.

 

How do I know if my order was placed successfully? 

You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is submitted. Then, once your order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail with a tracking number. 
NOTE: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for undeliverable orders caused by shipping information errors provided by the customer or any matter related to this. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You may also check that status by logging into your user account. Let us know if you do not receive your package in 5-7 days.

  

What if I don’t receive my shipment?

If you have trouble tracking your order as described above, contact us at support@joinsleepclub.com within 7 days if you have not received your shipment.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT 

What forms of payment does Sleep Club accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks or cash. Payment is in US Dollars.


An error message says my card details are incorrect.

Please make sure that you entered your details exactly as they appear on the card. The card number should be entered without any spaces. The CVV number is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card (4 digits on the front of AMEX). Also, be sure the billing address you enter matches exactly what your issuing bank has for you.

 

What security checks are in place to make sure my purchase is valid?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to authorization by the credit card company. If the company refuses to or does not for any reason authorize payment, then we will not be able to accept your order.

 

Why was I charged an extra dollar?

Banks and credit card companies often place a $1 test authorization to make sure the credit card is valid; this is sometimes added to the order total when the payment is authorized, making it look like the pending transaction has an extra dollar. However, when the credit card is finally charged (when the items ships), the correct amount should be charged to your credit card. 


How do I use my coupon code (also known as "promo code")?

A coupon code can be entered during Checkout. Enter the coupon code in the “Coupon Code” field and then click “Apply.”
