RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unused, unwashed or defective merchandise for up to 15 business days upon receipt of the product, based on the delivery date provided by the courier service. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached and accompanied by the Approval email with the RMA number. If you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Sleep Club reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is deemed non-resalable.   

Sleep Club will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or late return packages.

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping and handling fees, and additional discounts. 

Unfortunately, digital downloads are non-refundable.

To calculate your refund, please follow these instructions:

  • Find the item or items you are returning
  • Refer to the table for the shipping and handling fee. Note that when returning multiple items from the same order, you will select the higher shipping and handling fee.  For example, if you are returning Sleep Stripzzz and Sleeping Tapes from the same order, you will select $10 for the Shipping and handling fee. 
  • The total that will be deducted from your refund will be the shipping and handling fee plus the $5 restocking fee.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

Go to our Returns Center

STEP 2:

Submit a return using our automated Returns system

  • Enter your Order number, and the Email address associated with the order, and then click on Find Your Order
  • Click on Create Returns
  • Select the Quantity from the dropdown menu next to the item description, and then click Next  
  • Select the Reason from the dropdown menu.  Feel free to add any additional comments in the field below.  After you are finished, click Next
  • Our default selection is to refund to the original payment method.  This has been pre-selected.  Click Next after this screen. 
  • Our default selection is to allow customers to select their carrier or choice.  This has been pre-selected.  Click Submit if you are satisfied with your answers.

STEP 3:

Confirmation and approval

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your Return Request is submitted for approval.  Approval generally takes 2-3 days. 

STEP 3:

  • SHIP IT.
  • Upon approval shipping instructions will be emailed to you. 
  • We strongly suggest using a return shipping method that can be insured and tracked, since Sleep Club is not responsible for any lost, damaged or late return packages.
  • Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns.

STEP 4:

RETURN PROCESSED
Generally, the timeline for your refund is:

  • 5-7 Business Days for your package to arrive at the fulfillment center
  • 7-10 Days to inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
  • 5-7 Business Days for your financial institution to credit your account

We will refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order.

You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage, plus any handling fees.

The refund will not be processed for your original charge until we receive and inspect your returned item(s).

Note: Customer is responsible for the shipping charges for undeliverable orders caused by shipping information errors provided by customer.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this moment.  If you wish to order another size, simply return the item, and place another order.  Regretfully, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations requested after the order has shipped will be considered as a return, see “RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY” above for more information. Keep in mind that our orders ship on the day of or day after they are received. If we are not notified in a timely manner, the package could already be in transit and cancellations cannot be accepted.
